5 Reasons Why We Need To Prepare Retirement Fund Early. Financial freedom is when we no longer need to work from dawn to dusk, but abundant income still comes smoothly. We don't work for money, but money works for us. Isn't this really amazing? Especially Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim when we have entered an unproductive age, ideally our focus is no longer busy making money but how to enjoy togetherness with our children and grandchildren and other religious activities.

Once upon a time a friend said to me, " Your job is good Rie, working as a civil servant gets a fixed salary and you can still retire later.  But I have no pension, after work my salary stops and there is no pension ."

I have heard statements like this several times, from different people. These questions that come out of the heart are now even more heart-wrenching during the pandemic. An unexpected situation, suddenly a massive pandemic occurred. 

My friend's question made me feel how important it is for us to prepare for retirement because in 10 or 20 years, we never know what other unforeseen circumstances might happen. It is unavoidable, but at least we have preparations, especially financially, to minimize the impact.

 Why Do We Need to Prepare for a Retirement Fund? What is the Purpose of a Pension Fund? 

Yes.. most of us must have that question and many more.
The simplest reason why we have to prepare a pension fund since we start working, so that when we enter old age we are no longer burdened with daily expenses, so that we can achieve what is called financial independence. Everyone hopes to achieve financial independence after retirement, and more importantly, to break the chain of the sandwich generation.
The sandwich generation is those who have to support their parents or other family members. For those who are married, in addition to having to meet the needs of their own families, this generation also has to bear the finances of their parents or other relatives.

When we're in retirement age period and the ability to carry the burdens of life has decreased, we hope that we will not be a burden to others even though they are our own family like our children. In addition to these basic reasons, there are many 
reasons why we need to prepare for retirement early and some of them are as below: 
  • The cost of living will increase by the time. Daily needs continue to grow and require more expensive funding from year to year.
  • The ups and downs of economic conditions are in sync with social polemics, political issues to the current pandemic. No one can predict when a crisis will occur, for example when there is a COVID-19 pandemic which has a wide impact, not only on the health aspect but also on the overall social and economic aspects affected by the pandemic.
  • Uncertainty about our jobs in the future because there is no guarantee whether we can be free from the threat of layoffs or the like that causes us to be unemployed (temporarily or for long time)
  • Unpredictable physical or health conditions. Yes, everyone wants to be healthy and fit until old and dead. But also the fact that when a person enters old age, health problems (degenerative) such as dementia, diabetes, impaired kidney function, lung function, hypertension, and other non-communicable diseases will become chronic and multi-pathological if not treated immediately. As figure out from just one aspect of disease, the estimated financing is not cheap and requires a relatively long time to recover.
  • In order to enjoy a more enjoyable and happier retirement if we can do good (help) others with the financial reserves we have.
In short, let me say “ productivity will surely decline by the age, but the cost of living will continue to increase. We will definitely retire, but living expenses will never retire. “

And important question that must be answered immediately is how to prepare a pension fund before retirement?

 What is Retirement Savings? 

As we know, our productive and effective time can work actively with the carrying capacity of our energy and mind which is prime, generally between the ages of 20 to 60 years. After that, you could say we are at a less productive age, that's what we call retirement age.
Retirement Savings is a number of funds collected in a certain amount (can be in the form of savings in a bank, investment or other current assets) which we prepare to meet all our needs when we are at an unproductive age (retirement).
In this unproductive age phase, it is very important to have an adequate pension fund. That's why, while still productive, it is highly recommended to allocate a portion of your income, regularly saving or investing. Considering that most people still do not have this passive income source. There are still many who are not aware of preparing funds or savings for retirement.

For those who work in government agencies or agencies that already manage employee salaries with pension facility coverage, they will automatically receive a salary called a pension when they are no longer working. However, for those whose workplace does not accommodate pension funds as suggested by some of my friends, and based on personal  finance  tips we ourselves must be active and take the initiative to manage income in order to have a pension fund.

 HOW  to prepare a retirement fund from EARLY ? 

In fact, many people are aware of the importance of retirement savings but it is difficult to make it a real. They feel it will be difficult if some of their income is set aside for retirement savings.

One thing we must remember, from every rupiah or dollar or euro or whatever we earn, we have the power to choose our oldness ( future ) we are rich, poor or middle class.

Everyone's retirement needs are different. Therefore, it is important to calculate and estimate retirement needs later. To calculate a safe retirement savings estimate, start by calculating your regular monthly expenses and then set a timeframe.

Retirement funds do not have to be in the form of money deposits that we usually keep in the bank, where the account is devoted to being used in retirement. There are several alternatives to preparing this retirement fund. But in my personal opinion, the one that is more flexible and can be implemented more quickly is to make retirement savings. 

In order to prepare for retirement so that you can continue to enjoy oldness with full enjoy any activities and NOT retire from the pleasures of life. Then commitment to saving for old age is one of the wisest ways to prepare for a better retirement.
Financial freedom is the top ladder of a person's financial condition, when someone already has investments or active assets that are able to generate adequate "regular salaries" to finance their daily lives (without having to continue working again), and do as much charity as possible.

Movie Review: Journey to the Center of the Earth, no doubt if watching a movie is one of the leisure time while at home with beloved family.
 
And for prolog, I choose this movie because I love this kind of movie (adventure combine with science) and I like the acting of the main actor: Brendan Fraser. And the other reason, this review is a home work when I’m on short course at Bandung, at 2017. Yes, many years ago...not too long but little bit a past time, hehehe

Beliau memberikan tugas kepada kami untuk praktek membuat review film dalam bentuk Bahasa Inggris. Tak ada alasan untuk menghindar, ya seperti inilah hasilnya ala-ala amburadul dan mungkin gak nyambung antar kalimat/paragrafnya. Mohon dimaklumi ya, daripada tersimpan nganggur di file laptop boleh kan ya kalau saya posting, lumayan untuk nambahin postingan organik yang masih belum ada peningkatan secara linear  bisa ajeg/rutin. In this movie, The Main Actors are Brendan Fraser  as Professor Trevor,  Josh Hutcherson as Sean (The Nephew of Professor Trevor) and Anita Briem as Hannah

This movie tells the story of Trevor, whose scientist brother, Max that disappeared during a volcano expedition 10 years earlier. Trevor’s work at the university has been based on his brother’s theories on seismic activity and volcanic unrest but the funding is about to be pulled out from under him.

Trevor Frustrated and returns to his disheveled home only to find out that his nephew (Sean), Max’s son, has arrived for a two-week visit. While going through a box of Max’s belongings, the two discover a well-worn copy of Jules Verne’s Journey to the Center of the Earth. The book contains Max’s scientific notes in the margins. Trevor realizes that his brother was a “Vernian,” someone who seeks to prove that the book by Jules Verne is based on a true story. Trevor and Sean set out to discover what Max discovered and to vindicate his life long research.

Sean and Trevor head to Iceland in search of a fellow Vernian, an older scientist whose name Max had written in the book. When Sean and Trevor locate the man’s address, they find his daughter, Hannah, who works as a guide through the dangerous Icelandic volcanic terrain. Then Trevor hires Hannah to lead them to the volcanic area that where Max left a seismic sensor.

A storm breaks out and they trapped in a cave. While looking for a way out, they accidentally delve deeper into the earth and encounter fanciful creatures that they must battle to make it to the center. Once Trevor, Sean and Hannah arrive at the center, they get a surprise. Then, they tried to find clues how to get back to the top of the earth.
 
Along the way, they find evidence that someone had been there a hundred years ago. Trevor remarks that some instruments found are Lidenbrock's (the name of a character in Jules Verne's book Journey to the Center of the Earth). This suggests that another group had previously made the journey, somehow returned to the surface of the earth and recounted the tale of their adventure to Verne. They find some of Max's things as well. Hannah discovers Max's body while Trevor and Sean are examining what they have found. They bury Max on the beach of the underground ocean. Trevor reads a letter that found in Max's journal, to Sean. Trevor discovers that his brother died due to dehydration because of hot magma surrounding the center of the Earth.

Using the information from Max's journal, Trevor determines that they must find a geyser that can send them to the surface of the earth before the temperature rises to 200 °F. Further, they must reach the geyser within 48 hours or the water for the geyser will have evaporated. They build a raft together and begin crossing the underground ocean, but soon encounter a pack of Xiphactinus. They use make shift clubs to bat them away, then a shoal of Elasmosaurus attacks the Xiphactinus, allowing they escape from there. The raft's sail becomes loose. Sean tries to hold on but is blown away and he separated from his uncle and Hannah.

A little bird guides Sean towards to the river. At meanwhile, Trevor and Hannah decide to take a rest but they are attacked by carnivorous plants. Hannah is captured and being strangled by the plants. Trevor defeats the plant that is holding Hannah by the neck, and they continue towards to the geyser.

When Trevor and Hannah arrive at the river, Trevor calls out to Sean but no response. Trevor says he is going to look for Sean and tells Hannah that she should continue on to the geyser and save herself. At meanwhile, Sean has entered an arid, bone-filled land. He hears roars, looks up and sees a Giganotosaurus coming after him. Fortunately, Trevor saves him. When Trevor and Sean get to a river, they find Hannah sailing a boat fashioned from a Tyrannosaurus skull. Finally, Trevor, Sean and Hannah sail to a volcano with magma rising in its crater but they are too late because the water needed for the geyser has evaporated.

Sean notices that the crater walls are wet. Trevor hears water flowing on the other side of the walls and sees that the crater walls contain magnesium. After Trevor uses a flare to ignite the magnesium, a geyser shoots them up and out of the Center of the Earth. They emerge from the volcano. When they fall, they accidentally destroy some of the vines in a vineyard. To make amends with the vineyard's farmer, Sean gives the farmer a diamond that he found while in the center of the Earth. Trevor sees that Sean has many diamonds in his backpack.

Trevor later uses diamonds to fund his brother's laboratory. During the adventure, Hannah and Trevor gradually become closer. After the adventure, Sean visits Trevor and Hannah in their new home purchased using some of the diamonds Sean took from the cave. 
 
Journey to the Center of the Earth is a fantastic family adventure movie with many visual surprises. The characters find at the center of the earth are beautiful, awe-inspiring and augmented with the 3-D effect which makes it appear more lifelike. 
 
Overall, It’s very fun to watching this movie with kids but necessary to be attention that some scary scenes and strange creatures require caution extra for children. Apart from this Brendan Fraser's movie, I also enjoyed watching Ink heart, Blast From the past, The Mummy and The Mummy Returns as well.

Kenali Gejala Batuk TBC Sejak Dini. Pernah mengalami batuk yang berkepanjangan ? Penyakit batuk merupakan salah satu jenis penyakit yang menjadi hits, manakala terjadi pergantian musim pergantian musim. Tapi juga perlu wasapada, batuk yang berkepanjangan bisa juga menjadi indikasi TBC atau Tuberkulosis lho ? 

Pandemi Covid-19 penting untuk diwaspadai, tapi bukan berarti kita jadi abai terhadap penyakit lainnya, contohnya TBC ini. 

Dan Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim menjadi presumtif yang jamak terhadap jenis penyakit batuk yang terjadi dianggap penyakit biasa seperti halnya pilek dan demam yang banyak terjadi di saat peralihan musim kemarau ke musim hujan sehingga langkah pengobatan yang diambil juga tergolong ‘santai’, semisal dibelikan obat batuk di apotek, dikasih perasan jeruk nipis +kecap atau treatment makan kencur saja. Langkah awal pengobatan batuk ini memang sudah menjadi resep turun temurun yang terbukti bisa menyembuhkan batuk, tepatnya jika batuknya BUKAN jenis penyakit yang mengarah ke TBC.  

 Kok ( tetiba ) Nulis Soal Batuk TBC siiih? Ada Apa...? 

Honestly, sebenarnya tulisan ini adalah sesi curhatan saya ketika salah satu anak kami mengalami batuk yang terbilang relatif lama, tepatnya saat dia masih tinggal di asrama. Batuknya lumayan bandel juga karena langkah-langkah treatment pengobatan tradisional yang saya terapkan pada Ifa ketika (dulu) mengalami sakit batuk. Terapi pengobatan batuk dengan bahan alami yang saya lakukan salah satunya adalah konsumsi kencur dan jeruk nipis.

Terapi kencur dan  jeruk nipis hanya sedikit mengurangi gejala batuknya, artinya harus dibawa ke dokter dan diberi resep untuk mengobati penyakit batuknya. Dua hari istirahat di rumah dan kondisinya mulai membaik, Ifa bersikeras minta balik ke asrama karena jika terlalu lama ijin maka target hafalannya akan semakin banyak yang tidak terselesaikan sesuai jadwal yang seharusnya. 

Beberapa waktu berlalu, kabar yang diberikan Ifa meyakinkan bahwa dia baik-baik saja. “ Batuknya tinggal sedikit-sedikit kok”, demikian penjelasannya setiap kali ditanyai tentang batuknya. Mengetahui batuk Ifa yang belum benar-benar sembuh, terbersit kekuatiran kalau-kalau penyakit batuknya Ifa betambah serius atau sebenarnya dia terinfeksi penyakit TBC?  

Kekuatiran saya ini berdasarkan hasil kunjungan langsung yang pernah saya lakukan ke asrama Ifa saat awal-awal saya menjadi seorang Ibu dan kebetulan Ifa pas libur rutin yaitu sebulan sekali mendapat kesempatan untuk pulang. Kenapa saya sampai paranoid dan muncul estimasinya sampai ke TBC ya  karena alasan berikut ini:
  • Ifa tinggal di asrama sekolah yang setiap kamarnya dihuni sekitar 10 anak. 
  • Untuk mengatasi ruangan kamar yang gerah, sirkulasi udara digerakkan oleh sebuah kipas angin ukuran sedang.
Dua hal tersebut sangat mungkin bisa menjadi penyebab batuk yang di alami Ifa adalah Tuberkulosis mengingat jenis penyakit ini merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang penyebarannya melalui udara (dari melalui percikan dahak penderita TB yang sudah mengering).  

Bukankah seseorang yang sedang sakit TB ketika batuk, bersin, berbicara atau meludah, mereka juga memercikkan banyak kuman ke udara? Kalau salah satu teman Ifa ada yang terjangkit TBC, maka siapapun yang ada di sekitarnya bisa terpapar TB meski hanya menghirup udara yang mengandung sejumlah kecil kuman TB.
Ifa bersikukuh so far she’s just fine setiap kali ditanyai tentang kondisi kesehatannya dan suami juga yakin anak sulungnya sehat wal afiat, maka saya pun mensetting pikiran: Bisa jadi memang saya yang terlalu over reacting karena situasi yang langsung menjadi sosok seorang Ibu. 

Hingga hampir sebulan kemudian, saat saya masih di kantor, suami memberitahukan akan menjemput Ifa ke asrama karena baru saja mendapat kabar jika selain batuk yang belum sembuh [tepatnya belum membaik meskipun obat dari dokter sudah habis],  Ifa juga mengalami demam dan semalaman tidak bisa tidur.

 Kenali Apa Saja Gejala Batuk TBC ? 

Spontan muncul lagi paranoid saya jangan-jangan Ifa terkena TBC? Bukankah apa yang di alami Ifa sebagian besar mengarah pada gejala-gejala orang yang kena TBC, antara lain:
  • Batuk yang berlangsung tiga minggu atau lebih, yang pada tahap selanjutnya, bisa menghasilkan dahak yang berwarna abu-abu atau kekuningan kental, untuk kondisi yang lebih serius dahak tersebut bisa bercampur dengan darah
  • Demam dan influenza [walaupun tidak terus menurus] 
  • Nafsu makan menurun 
  • Terjadi penurunan berat badan. 
  • Mengalami Kelelahan.
  • Pada malam hari berkeringat yang dapat dimulai dengan demam hingga menyebabkan keringat berlimpah yang diikuti tubuh jadi menggigil.  
Dari beberapa gejala-gejala yang identik dengan penderita TB di atas, setelah Ifa sampai di rumah, saya lihat ada beberapa gejala yang dialami Ifa yaitu pada point 1, 2, 4, 5, 6. Batuk Ifa sudah berlangsung hampir sebulan, berat badan Ifa juga menurun walaupun tidak significant [yang bisa disebabkan karena selera makannya yang menurun], pada malam hari Ifa demam dan menggigil juga. 

“ Sekalian minta rontgen dan check darah saja Bi?”
“ Kalau dokternya tidak merujuk, nanti kita dikira kemeruh [=sok tahu] Nda?”
“ Biarin dianggap kemeruh, daripada nanti batuknya Ifa malah lebih parah dan terlambat pengobatannya yang serius, kita sendiri yang nanggung dampaknya kan? “

Melihat kondisi Ifa yang lemas, pucat, badannya demam dan dia bilang kadang-kadang terasa nyeri di dada,  maka kami memang harus bersikap sok tahu dan tidak ingin hanya menunggu entah kapan dokter akan memberikan instruksi untuk check darah dan rontgen.  

Pertimbangan ini tidak hanya semata demi kesehatan Ifa, tapi juga untuk teman serta orang-orang sekitarnya. Mengingat penularan penyakit TBC ini relatif mudah dan gejala awal terjangkitnya batuk yang dialami seseorang seringkali terlihat dan dianggap sebagai batuk biasa.  Oleh karena itu, dengan meminta check darah dan rontgen kami berharap bisa lebih cepat mengetahui jenis batuk yang dialami Ifa, sehingga bisa lebih cepat pula dilakukan tindakan lanjutan yang lebih intensif karena Pengobatan TB ini kan tergolong pengobatan yang bersifat jangka panjang, umumnya butuh waktu sekitar 6-9 bulan. 

 Cara Meminimalkan Penularan TBC 

SEANDAINYA hasil diagnosa menyatakan positif TB, selain pengobatan medis secara intensif, maka dampak paparan bakteri  Mycobacterium tuberculosis ini juga bisa sedini mungkin diminimalkan dengan upaya-upaya:
  1. Menggunakan masker untuk mencegah penyebaran bakteri penyebab TBC.
  2. Tidak meludah [mengeluarkan dahak] sembarang tempKenali Gejala Batuk TBC Sejak Diniat
  3. Meminimalkan kontak dengan banyak orang JIKA di suspect sebagai penderita penyakit TBC aktif.
  4. Meningkatkan pola hidup sehat  dengan re-setting menu pola makan yang pro-aktif untuk penyembuhan TBC, sanitasi  lingkungan lebih dijaga lagi.
After all, Alhamdulillah pemeriksaan  foto rontgen dan test darah Ifa Alhamdulillah hasilnya tidak ada indikasi ke TBC, tapi lebih ke Bronchitis dan beberapa parameter test darah yang sedikit melenceng dari baku standar, indikasinya lebih pada akibat selera makan yang menurun dan kurang minum.

The 7 Alternative Family Activities For Leisure Time During At Home. Working from home, studying from home and so many activities that we usually do outside, must be done from home. What a surprise, the house, which is usually "only" busy in the morning and evening, suddenly became the center of the whole family's activities.

Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim, Many activities have had to be reorganized and social interaction have been limited since the Covid-19 pandemic to prevent the spread of the corona virus. Children also feel different sensations. All routines related to school and college must be carried out at home, carrying out “mandatory” activities only from home, followed by a series of routine activities at home: cleaning the house and various kinds of household chores and trying to be productive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Doing various routine activities at home, rarely traveling for long periods of time, leaving the house only as needed, we vaguely start to feel bored because most of the time at home. They began to express their longing to go around, just like before the pandemic. It cannot be deny if the child starts to feel bored every day at home, which can trigger stress.

  • Take a light picnic by enjoying the beauty of the atmosphere (nature) around the house. This activity is considered the easiest and cheapest thing to do, but it can raise a good mood. It is enough to visit the rice fields that spread green or yellowish rice plants when the harvest season arrives, the sensation of leisure time is not inferior to traveling to Raja Ampat Island. 
  • Explore new hobbies such as growing flowers and various ornamental plants. Or keep freshwater ornamental fish such as betta fish, koi fish, louhan fish, molly fish, guppy fish or other types of freshwater ornamental fish that are not difficult to care for because they are types of freshwater fish that do not die easily.
  • Learn to make cake, pizza, cake, or other types of simple cakes. When at home, you like snacking and your appetite increases, right? Therefore, the choice of making various types of cakes can be an activity that has two benefits, namely utilizing free time productively and also producing food stocks for us. Even though most of the results are not what we expected, we have had a lot of fun together because of the mutual cooperation process. We learned a lot and found out tricks and tips on how to test failure-safe recipes.
  • Sorting clothes that no longer fit anymore. Dress-sorting sessions are a really fun and enjoyable alternative. Unpacking the contents of the wardrobe, sorting out which clothes do not fit. Usually, when sorting through, scenes of haggling between brothers and sisters will appear. Actually this is one of the best moments to build bonds between siblings.
  • Facial skin care at home. The idea to do this facial treatment initially arose because the youngest who entered puberty had acne syndrome on his face. Imagine, a man who doesn't care about appearance but two sisters is the type of woman who really cares about appearance. Then the eldest daughter provoked her younger sister to buy anti-acne products, one of which was a face mask. It's so funny, every time I see a boy with a mask on his face. Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim, Saat membaca salah satu tayangan di BBC Indonesia tentang Krisis Ekonomi Akibat Covid-19, dimana  IMF memperkirakan 'luka ekonomi' karena krisis global akibat pandemi virus corona lebih buruk dari perkiraan. Peristiwa pandemi ini tak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan yang mengancam nyawa manusia tapi juga membawa dampak pada  hampir seluruh sektor ekonomi. Terjadinya krisis yang lebih kompleks dan dampaknya melebar ke berbagai sektor mulai dari kesehatan hingga mengancam stabilitas sistem keuangan dan tidak ada yang tahu pasti kapan berhenti. 

Penerapan protocol kesehatan dan anjuran agar masyarakat melakukan aktivitas lebih banyak dari rumah, seperti bekerja, sekolah, dan ibadah sebagai langkah untuk mengurangi risiko penularan virus corona, akibatnya aktivitas ekonomi terganggu. Makanya, penting banget untuk mulai bijak menggunakan kartu kredit atau belanja online yang dibayar kemudian hari karena hal ini bisa membuat nafsu belanja meningkat (merasa santuy untuk beli ini dan itu ). Membuat catatan  semua pengeluaran yang terjadi, baik pengeluaran besar maupun kecil. Meskipun ada diskon besar-besaran, tetap tahan diri jika barang diskonan tersebut sifatnya barang sekunder atau bukan kebutuhan pokok.

Mengalokasikan Emergency Fund ( Dana Darurat ) Dan Dana Proteksi 

Seyogyanya kita selalu bersiap untuk mengamankan keuangan di kemudian hari. Meski dalam kondisi krisis, sebisa mungkin jangan menghapus pos-pos untuk kepentingan jangka panjang. Iyesss, it's easy to say but hard to do. Yang kita butuhkan adalah kemauan untuk "memaksa" diri menyiapkan dana darurat secukupnya, 3x - 6x pendapatan bulanan.  
Memiliki produk investasi jangka panjang menjadi sangat penting, di saat kita dituntut untuk tetap produktif di tengah pandemi ini. Apalagi bila ada keluarga yang bergantung secara finansial kepada kita. Entah itu pasangan, anak, orangtua, atau saudara. 
Emergency fund atau dana darurat harus di perbesar.  investasi atau produk keuangan yang bisa di akses atau dicairkan dengan mudah. Dana darurat ini bisa dalam bentuk tabungan, logam mulia dan produk keuangan lainnya yang sifatnya mudah dan cepat dicairkan saat kita membutuhkan.

Naaaahh, untuk lebih mempermudah penerapan strategi pengelolaan keuangan keluarga, sangat direkomendasikan menggunakan alat bantu KALKULATOR agar perhitungan dan maping perencanaan keuangan bisa lebih optimal dan maksimal hasilnya.

Dua Tahapan Penentu Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi Covid-19 Di Indonesia. Meskipun pelaksanaan vaksinasi secara bertahap sudah berlangsung sejak awal tahun 2021, akan tetapi Kepatuhan untuk menerapkan protocol kesehatan sebagai bagian new normal tetap menjadi concern semenjak terjadinya pandemi covid-19. 
Seperti kita ketahui bahwa target Indonesia untuk memvaksinasi penduduknya adalah sebanyak 181 juta orang, Dengan target orang yang tervaksinasi tersebut, diharapkan bisa terbentuk herd immunity terhadap virus corona.
Dengan Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim, target 181 juta orang Indonesia bisa diimunisasi covid-19, dalam pelaksanaannya memang dilakukan dengan skala prioritas mulai dari tenaga kesehatan, pekerja garis depan, lansia dan populasi rentan. Setelahnya baru dilakukan vaksin covid-19 untuk kelompok umum, dengan batasan usia 18 tahun ke atas. Semoga proses vaksinasi berjalan lancar dan target 181 juta masyarakat tervaksinasi bisa segera terwujud. 

Sebagai lanjutan sharing session berdasarkan pelaksanaan vaksin covid-19 tahap 1 dan 2 yang sudah saya terima beberapa waktu lalu, kali ini saya ingin berbagi kisi-kisi pertanyaan yang harus kita jawab pada saat pelaksanaan vaksin covid-19 tersebut.

 DUA TAHAPAN PENENTU VAKSINASI COVID-19 

Pada saat pelaksanaan vaksin covid-19, ( based on my experience ) bisa saya simpulkan bahwa secara garis besar terdapat dua tahapan yang bisa dikatakan sebagai tahap filtering (critical step) apakah bisa lanjut dilakukan vaksinasi atau harus reschedule. 

Dua tahapan penentu (critical step)  pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 adalah sebagai berikut:

 Tahapan Penentu Pertama 

Tahapan penentu yang pertama adalah pada saat Pra Vaksin covid-19, yaitu saat dilakukan pengukuran tensi dan check suhu tubuh dengan ketentuan:
  • Suhu Suhu > 37,5 0C vaksinasi ditunda sampai yang bersangkutan ( yang akan divaksin) dinayatakan sembuh. 
  • Dan Tekanan darah jika tekanan darah >180/110 mmHg pengukuran tekanan darah diulang 5 (lima) sampai 10 (sepuluh) menit kemudian. Jika masih tinggi maka vaksin covid-19 ditunda sampai kondisi tensi bisa terkontrol ( berada pada level aman antara 90/60 mmHg sampai dengan 180/120 mmHg ).
 Tahapan Penentu yang kedua 
Tahapan penentu yang kedua apakah pemberian vaksin covid-19 bisa dilakukan atau ditunda adalah pada saat di meja dua. Pada tahapan ini akan diberikan sederet pertanyaan untuk mengetahui kondisi actual kesehatan diri kita. Berdasarkan jawaban-jawaban yang kita berikan adalah informasi penting apakah proses vaksin bisa dilakukan pada hari itu atau perlu ditunda.

Sebagai bahan internal evaluasi dan bahan persiapan jika hendak mengikuti vaksin covid-19, berikut saya share kisi-kisi pertanyaan yang diberikan.

FYI, jeda waktu antara vaksin 1 dan vaksin kedua adalah 14 – 28 hari berikutnya.

Apakah Anda memiliki riwayat alergi berat atau mengalami gejala sesak napas, bengkak dan urtikaria seluruh badan setelah divaksinasi COVID-19 sebelumnya? Jika Ya: tidak diberikan lagi untuk vaksinasi ke-2

Selain kedua pertanyaan tersebut, daftar pertanyaan lainnya yang diberikan adalah sebagai berikut:

  • Q 1. Apakah ada kontak dengan orang yang sedang dalam pemeriksaan/terkonfirmasi/sedang dalam perawatan karena penyakit COVID-19 dalam waktu 14 hari terakhir? Jika Ya lihat pertanyaan nomor 2 (dua)
  • Q 2. Jika pertanyaan nomor 1 (satu) Ya, apakah mengalami gejala demam batuk/pilek/sesak napas dalam 7 hari terakhir? Jika Ya: vaksinasi ditunda sampai 14 hari setelah gejala muncul
  • Q 3. Apakah Anda pernah terkonfirmasi menderita COVID-19? Jika Ya: Vaksinasi ditunda sampai tiga (3) bulan sejak terkonfirmasi COVID-19 dapat diberikan vaksinasi.
  • Q 3. Apakah Anda sedang hamil ? Jika sedang hamil vaksinasi ditunda sampai melahirkan
  • Q 4. Apakah anda sedang menyusui? Ibu menyusui boleh divaksinasi covid-19
  • Q 5. Apakah Anda mengidap penyakit kronik (seperti penyakit paru obstruktif kronis dan asma, penyakit jantung, gangguan ginjal, dan penyakit hati/liver) yang sedang dalam kondisi akut atau yang belum terkendali? Jika Ya, maka vaksinasi tidak dapat diberikan
  • Q 6. Apakah Anda dalam pengobatan TBC lebih dari dua minggu? Jika Ya: vaksinasi dapat diberikan
  • Q 7. Apakah Anda menyandang dan sedang mendapat pengobatan penyakit kanker? Jika Ya: vaksinasi tidak dapat diberikan, kecuali ada surat rekomendasi dari dokter yang merawat
  • Q 8. Apakah Anda sedang mendapat pengobatan untuk gangguan pembekuan darah, defisiensi imun dan penerima produk darah/transfusi? Jika Ya: vaksinasi ditunda dan dirujuk

  2. Apakah Anda sering merasa kelelahan?
  3. Apakah Anda memiliki paling sedikit 5 dari 11 penyakit (Hipertensi, diabetes, kanker, penyakit paru kronis, serangan jantung, gagal jantung kongestif, nyeri dada, asma, nyeri sendi, stroke dan penyakit ginjal)?
  4. Apakah Anda mengalami kesulitan berjalan kira-kira 100 sampai 200 meter?
  5. Apakah Anda mengalami penurunan berat badan yang bermakna dalam setahun terakhir?
Jika Q 14 ini terdapat jawaban IYA sebanyak 3 atau lebih, maka vaksin covid-19 tidak dapat diberikan. 
Bagi yang phobia jarum suntik (seperti saya), gak perlu was-was, apalagi dag-dig-der karena jarum suntiknya keciiil kok dan nyaris tidak terasa. Semakin kita rileks, maka akan semakin baik proses penyuntikannya. 

Demikian kisi-kisi pertanyaan yang diberikan pada tahaan vaksinasi covid-19 saat kita berada di meja kedua. Semoga dengan sharing ini bisa menjadi motivasi untuk mempersiapkan diri secara lebih baik. Harapannya, target 181 juta warga +62 yang divaksinasi covid-19 bisa segera terlaksana agar kondisi herd immunity bisa segera terwujud dan kita bisa lebih sehat wal afiat serta produktif lagi. Juga semoga drama obesitas gain weight during pandemi covid-19 ( bagi yang ngalamin kenaikan berat badan akibat porsi ngemil yang meningkat ) ini bisa teratasi. 

Tapi teuteup jaga kesehatan dan imunitas setiap saat ya? Karena sehat jasmani dan ruhani adalah bentuk ikhtiar yang berkelanjutan.

So did our eldest children. Her weight increased by about 3 kg

Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim Since the COVID-19 pandemic which is changing people's lifestyles. More time at home does have many good benefits, apart from preventing exposure to the corona virus, we can spend more  time by exploring business ideas and potential that have been hidden. There are chance to find new passion as hobby and others profitable desires to increase family income.
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed people's lifestyles.  Similarly, with the diet that changed significantly during the Corona pandemic, weight gain  gradually and only we realized when the weight gain has passed the obesity threshold. 
Recent research show that two out of three adults struggle against weight gain during the quarantine period during the coronavirus pandemic. The impacts of COVID-19 on health habits, eating, exercise, weight management.

As we knew that Obesity is a common comorbidity of other potential risk factors for severe diseases due to COVID-19, such as diabetes, lung disease, and heart disease. A scientific study suggests that people with a history of obesity, hypertension, chronic lung disease, diabetes, and heart disease may have the worst prognosis of COVID-19.

 The 5 Causes of Weight Gain During the COVID-19   Pandemic  

More time at home and doing various activities centered from home, has a linear relationship with the tendency to improve the consumption patterns of food and beverages. Here are the 5 Main Causes of Weight Gain During the COVID-19 Pandemic:

1. Snacking is NEW friend in the New Normal

If previously we were among workmates or schoolmates who could distract us from the temptation of eating and drinking, then the opposite condition occurs when we are more at home. If there are usually many friends around us who can be invited to share opinions, chat casually or chat, then when at home the "best" friends who are near us are food, snacks. 

Whatever the activity along at home, usually side by side and accompanied by snacks, food and drinks (rich of sugar).

2. Reduced Physical Activity and Workout Habits 

Irregular changes in the schedule of activities, closure of fitness centers and Recreation areas, restrictions on mobility, surely have an impact on physical activity. At the same time, amount of food that we are consumed every day tends to be the same. It has meaning that the food intake  is not comparable with physic activity, no wonder so many people complain of gaining weight during a pandemic.

If previously, the morning routine began with jogging or cycling ang the ends of the day by stopping to the gym, it's no longer anymore. So, slowly but sure weight gain due to more frequent stay at home, less moving and decreased exercise habits, while the portion of eating tends to be the same as during normal activities.

3. Using free time to play games, watch movies, or browsing on social media

School closing and remote learning have led to young children being more sedentary during the lesson conducting. After that, they take leisure time to look at smartphones or watch tv will be spent more than usual. They also tend to spend time by playing social media such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Line TikTok and etc, some are more interested in playing online games or watching movies from smartphone or laptop.

Even though children, adolescents or adults who spend a lot of time playing video games, spending time by watching film or do browsing for many hours  tend to have a higher risk of obesity. How it can be?  

Apart from the lack of movement due to most games or watching movies while sitting relaxed for a long time ( 2-3 hours, even longer) so that it does not exert much energy, it is still exacerbated by the habit of snacking while playing games. The worst thing from  the snack that they consume are also high calories, sugar and fat.

4. Plenty od Discount, promos and cashback from ready-to-deliver culinary 

On the other hand, Pandemic also changed the way of doing business, adapting and changing strategies with a series of promotions, providing discounts, cashback to shipping services. Plentiful of promo culinary, discount and cashback become an attraction in itself. This could be the reason we originally bought food so we could share the online motorcycle taxis that had delivered our food.

As a result, body weight increases significantly because the selected food menu does not pay attention to the balance of nutrients the body needs. The concept of a healthy eating menu and balanced nutrition is still shifting towards a menu that is high in carbohydrates, rich in fat and contains lots of sugar (sweet).

 5. Boredom Or Stressed 

Boredom and or stress have many triggers, one of which is when someone who is usually outside activities changes to being more at home.

Stress about health problems, financial and other problems that arisen due to the COVID-19 pandemic are likely to contribute to stress. This added stress can change our eating behavior and lead to weight gain. People are likely to "stress" usually become higher consumption of foods, including fast food.  Stress can also make people feel less motivated to workout.

The Increased unstructured schedule, closure of gyms and recreation centers, restrictions on movement, and the immense pressure of a pandemic is likely to affect people's sleep patterns, eating habits and levels of physical exercise, which can contribute to weight gain.

Obese people has higher risk of developing severe disease from COVID-19. metabolic disorders due to obesity contribute to the negative outcome.

 How to Achieve Ideal Weight Again? 

Must adapt in the midst of a lockdown situation in a timely manner to change the daily routine that has been set. There is no certainty when the hard times of Covid-19 will end, at mean while the distribution of COVID-19 vaccine takes a long time.

Everyone has to anticipate so they don't get caught up in the phenomenon of Quarantine 15. Quarantine 15 is a term that refers to weight gain of 15 pounds or 6.8 kilograms. How to lose weight during quarantine Generally, the most effective weight loss methods are a healthy diet and adequate exercise. Some of the following tips below can help you lose weight:
